The Country Care Group is seeking a Senior Insurance and Disputes Specialist to join a specialist Complaints and Customer Resolution team. This temporary contract runs ASAP through to the end of February, with responsibilities spanning legal interpretation of policy wordings and complex dispute resolution across Australia and New Zealand.
You will liaise with claims, underwriting and legal teams, drafting reasoned determinations and negotiating outcomes with customers and external dispute bodies.
