Live & work on the Coffs Coast

Coffs Harbour is one of the Mid North Coast's most desirable places to live — a relaxed coastal city where stunning beaches, lush hinterland and a warm climate come together to create a lifestyle most people only dream about. Think morning surfs before work, weekend hikes through rainforest, and evenings overlooking the harbour. With a thriving food and café scene, excellent schools, and a genuine sense of community, Coffs offers everything you need without the congestion and cost of a capital city.

Ideally positioned on the Pacific Highway, Coffs Harbour gives you easy access to some of the east coast's best destinations:

Gold Coast — approx. 3.5 hours' drive (with Byron Bay along the way)

Port Macquarie — approx. 1 hour 40 minutes' drive

Newcastle — approx. 4 hours' drive

Coffs Harbour also has its own airport (Coffs Harbour Airport) with regular direct flights to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane — making weekend getaways, family visits and conference travel simple.

Work-life balance

We genuinely believe that great dentistry comes from dentists who are well rested, fulfilled and happy — both inside and outside the practice. Coffs Harbour makes that easy. Swap the long commutes and burnout of metro practice for a coastal lifestyle where you can finish for the day and be at the beach in minutes. Whether you enjoy surfing, fishing, hiking, cycling or simply unwinding with a coffee by the water, life here moves at a pace that lets you enjoy it. We offer flexible scheduling options to help you build a career that fits around the life you want, not the other way around.
