Zap & Shine Crew is a cleaning company in Brisbane, Australia. We clean homes, rental properties and businesses, and most customers find us online and call or message us on the day they need help. Our field crews do the cleaning; our sales and booking team turns every enquiry into a booked job using our own CRM.Purpose of the role:You are the first voice a customer hears. Your job is to answer every enquiry fast, quote on the spot, follow up until the job is booked, and keep the customer informed until the crew arrives. You are measured on booked jobs, not on calls made.What you will do:Answer incoming calls, web enquiries, SMS, WhatsApp and social messages within minutesAsk the right questions (service, property size, suburb, date), quote from our price guide, and book the job in the CRMFollow up every unbooked quote by SMS and phone until it is booked or closedConfirm bookings, send reminders, handle reschedules and keep the field crew informedOffer add-ons and recurring cleans, and call past customers to rebook themKeep CRM records complete: every enquiry gets an outcome and a reasonReport your daily numbers: enquiries, quotes, bookings and booking rateYour targets:First response within 5 minutes during your shiftA quote on every genuine enquiryA quote-to-booking rate that improves month on month (we share the baseline in training)
