We are looking for experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join our casual warehouse team based in Kemps Creek NSW.
The Consortium Clemenger (TCC) is looking for a dependable and experienced Casual High Reach Forklift Operator to join our team at our Kemps Creek facility.
About the Role
This is a hybrid role combining hands-on High Reach forklift operation with general warehouse duties, supporting our inbound and outbound operations. You'll play a key part in keeping stock moving accurately and efficiently through our warehouse.
Shift time: 10:00am - 6:00pm Monday to Friday (shifts allocated based on operational needs)

What You'll Be Doing
- Safely and efficiently operate a High Reach forklift to support stock movement, put-away and order fulfilment
- Accurately receive, move and store inbound stock into designated warehouse locations
- Use RF scanning technology to maintain inventory accuracy
- Support outbound operations, ensuring orders are picked, handled and processed correctly
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required, including picking, packing and stock handling
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area in line with WHS standards
About You
- Current LF (High Reach) licence
- Minimum 12 months' experience operating a High Reach forklift in a warehouse environment
- Reliable, punctual and a strong team player
- Good attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
- Comfortable working across both forklift duties and general warehouse tasks
- Available to work the 10am-6pm shift, Monday to Friday
- Own, reliable transport (public transport is not accessible from our site)
