The Country Club Hotel is a brand-new entertainment and hospitality destination bringing together great food, live sport, entertainment and recreation all under one roof. The venue will feature indoor and outdoor dining, multiple bars, a mega HD screen showing live sport, a gaming room and an exciting range of entertainment and sporting facilities for the whole family to enjoy.

We are now looking for an energetic and hands-on Arcade & Entertainment Manager to help bring this part of the venue to life.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You’ll help oversee an entertainment precinct featuring up to 40 arcade machines, ten-pin bowling lanes, batting cages, darts, mini golf, pickleball courts, basketball courts and more. Your focus will be simple — create a fun, welcoming environment, support your team and make sure guests have a great experience. With the support of the wider Hotel Management team, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape how the precinct operates, develop competitions and activities, and build something exciting from the ground up. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys people, likes variety and wants to grow into a unique management role within a major new venue.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Leading and supporting the arcade and entertainment team
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the entertainment areas
  • Creating a fun, energetic and welcoming guest experience
  • Coordinating group bookings, parties, competitions and activities
  • Helping develop promotions, tournaments and entertainment ideas
  • Keeping attractions clean, organised and well presented
  • Monitoring equipment and coordinating repairs when required
  • Managing prizes, stock and general arcade supplies
  • Supporting rostering and day-to-day team coverage
  • Working closely with Hotel Management, Marketing and Functions teams

ABOUT YOU

There isn’t one traditional background required for this role. You may come from an arcade, bowling centre, family entertainment venue, leisure facility, sporting venue or hospitality environment. We’re mainly looking for someone who is:

  • Energetic, outgoing and great with people
  • Comfortable leading and supporting a team
  • Organised and able to manage a busy environment
  • Practical and confident solving day-to-day issues
  • Creative and willing to contribute ideas
  • Hands-on and happy to get involved

Experience in arcade, bowling or family entertainment operations will be highly regarded, but the right attitude and leadership style are just as important.

WHY JOIN US?

This is a rare opportunity to be part of a brand-new entertainment precinct from day one. You’ll have the chance to help build the team, shape the guest experience and grow with the role — all while working in one of the most fun and interactive parts of The Country Club Hotel. The venue is proudly owned and operated by the multi-award-winning Comiskey Group, giving you the backing of an established hospitality group and plenty of opportunity to develop your career. If you’re energetic, people-focused and looking for a role that’s a little different, we’d love to hear from you.
