The Coles Group Store Leader role is responsible for the day-to-day running of the fresh produce department, reporting to the Store Manager. You will lead a team to present the department exceptionally and create a welcoming environment for customers and staff.
You will drive rostering, stock rotation, waste control and safety standards while delivering strong sales and a one-team culture across the store.
