Who we are
South Bank Classic Fish & Chips opened in July, bringing a classic Aussie fish & chip shop to life with a modern twist, combining fast, high-quality takeaway with relaxed dine-in service. Located right by the beach, we've quickly built a loyal customer base and are looking for an enthusiastic Shift Supervisor to join our growing team. This hands-on leadership role will see you working across both customer service and kitchen operations while supporting the day to day running of the restaurant.
What we're looking for
- We're seeking a passionate hospitality leader who enjoys leading by example, supporting team members, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Our ideal team member:
- Leads from the front and delivers outstanding customer service
- Enjoys coaching, supporting, and motivating others
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Takes pride in food quality, food safety, cleanliness and presentation
- Is confident managing shift operations and solving problems on the go
- Has experience in hospitality and a passion for developing others
- Supervisory or shift leading experience is preferred
- RSA certificate and Food Safety Supervisor certification (or willingness to obtain) is essential
- First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain) is desirable
