The Centre for U is looking for an energetic First Aid Trainer and Assessor to deliver practical, engaging first aid and CPR training to learners across Melbourne and regional Victoria.
What you'll be doing:
- Running hands-on first aid and CPR courses, such as HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation and HLTAID011 Provide first aid.
- Assessing learners fairly and keeping accurate records in our online learning management system.
- Travelling to regional locations from time to time.
What you'll bring:
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or an equivalent credential accepted under the Standards for RTOs 2025).
- Current first aid and CPR competencies, at least to the level you'll be delivering.
- First aid or emergency response experience, for example paramedic, nursing, ambulance, defence or workplace first aid.
- A commitment to keeping your skills current through professional development.
- Confidence with online systems and a sharp eye for detail.
- A current driver's licence.
- Working with Children Check.
