Based at our Cairns Campus, you will provide case management and wellbeing support to vulnerable and disengaged young people. You'll work closely with students, families, school staff, and community service providers to deliver coordinated support that promotes attendance, engagement and student success.
Key responsibilities include case management, developing plans, coordinating services, monitoring attendance, and providing classroom and small-group support to sustain student wellbeing.
