The Brow Connection is a boutique brow, lash and advanced skin clinic located in Dakabin Village. We are looking for an experienced, reliable and passionate Senior Brow & Lash Artist who takes pride in delivering exceptional results and creating long-lasting client relationships.
About the Role
- Brow sculpting, waxing, mapping, tinting and lamination
- Lash lifts and personalised client consultations
- Delivering consistent, high-quality treatments
- Building client relationships and maintaining strong rebooking rates
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, presentation and daily clinic operations
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of professional, hands-on experience in brows and lashes
- Confident working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong brow shaping, colouring, lamination and lash lift skills
- Highly reliable, punctual and accountable, with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proactive, organised and a genuine team player
- Ability to manage appointments efficiently and follow clinic procedures
- Commitment to maintaining professional standards and building a loyal clientele
Highly Desirable:
- Korean Lash Lift experience
- Classic, hybrid and volume lash extension experience
- Cosmetic Tattoo (PMU) experience will be highly regarded
- Brow threading experience
Working Hours
Initially approximately 3 days per week, up to 20 hours, with potential for increased hours leading into Christmas and beyond, depending on performance, rebooking rates and client demand. Must be available: Wednesday – Late night, Thursday – Late night, Saturday – Every Saturday. These availability requirements are essential.
