The Brew Shed is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Casual Retail Assistants to join our team in Morayfield, QLD. This is a casual position offering flexible working hours as per fortnightly roster. As a Casual Retail Assistant, you will be the friendly face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our retail environment. This role is perfect for individuals seeking flexible work whilst developing valuable retail experience and customer service skills.
What you'll be doing:
- Greeting customers warmly and providing knowledgeable assistance across our product range
- Processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Restocking shelves and maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing store environment
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any concerns with professionalism and courtesy
- Assisting with stock management and inventory checks as required
- Promoting store products and special offers to customers
