The Bourne Group Australia Pty Ltd – Castle Hill NSW is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Housing Estimator to manage sales estimating, pre-construction pricing and procurement across residential building projects. This senior role covers from initial plans and client discussions through to a complete construction estimate, contract price, procurement plan and project handover.
You will review plans, prepare feasibility estimates, take-offs and tender submissions, quote subcontractors.
