The BMD Group in Blackburn North VIC is seeking a Social Inclusion Advisor to support social impact objectives on the Eastern Freeway Upgrades project. You will coordinate employment and inclusion initiatives, engage community stakeholders and help deliver community-focused programs on site.
Reporting to the Social Inclusion Manager, you will work with project teams, subcontractors and community organisations to create positive social outcomes and promote workforce participation throughout the project.
