Dental Assistant/Receptionist Required for Immediate Start
This is a varied role combining dental assisting and front desk/reception duties.
The successful candidate will be confident working in a busy environment, organised, reliable and passionate about providing excellent patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Assisting dentists during a variety of dental procedures
- Preparing and setting up surgeries
- Cleaning, sterilisation and infection-control procedures
- Greeting and assisting patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering phones and responding to patient enquiries
- Booking, confirming and rescheduling appointments
- Processing payments, HICAPS and EFTPOS transactions
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Managing recalls and follow up appointments
- General reception and administrative duties
