The Bethanie Group is seeking a capable Facility Manager for Bethanie Geneff in Western Australia. This fixed-term, full-time leadership role covers maternity leave from October 2026 to 31 July 2027, overseeing day‐to‐day site operations and delivering exceptional aged care services.
You will manage a diverse team, drive outcomes and ensure person-centred care across the facility, reporting to the Regional Manager – Residential North, and maintaining strong relationships with residents and staff.
