What we are looking for:
**Valid RSA required**
- Previous experience in a management role in a fast-paced, food and beverage-driven venue ;
- AUS Working Rights ;
- Have the confidence and professionalism to lead a team;
- Strong work ethic with a hands‐on approach ;
- Prepared to work flexible hours, including weekends and late nights ;
- Strong computer acumen, including the ability to use Microsoft Office and POS software ;
- A proven track record of controlling and improving results, such as food and labour costs ;
- A Front of House expert who can deliver exceptional service and take our guests through a casual and fun culinary journey; immaculate grooming and personal presentation;
- Exposure to opening a new venue will be viewed positively.
