The BALKAN BREW seeks an experienced Chef at our restaurant making Macedonian Traditional Cuisine. This is a full-time position.
Familiarity with Balkan cuisine desirable.
- Cooking Macedonian & Mediterranean Traditional Cuisine dishes in accordance with the menu
- Preparation of Macedonian & Mediterranean Traditional dishes
- Planning and development of menu in collaboration with Managers
- Ordering food and kitchen supplies
- Discussing food preparation methods with kitchen staff, wait staff and managers
- Demonstration and training of cooking techniques for employees
- Preservation of food
- Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Qualification and Experience
Diploma in Hospitality plus one year experience as a Chef or 3 years' experience as a Chef.
