The Automotive Group (TAG) are proud to be market leaders in our industry, driven by a successful and continually expanding sales program. We're currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Leader to join our growing business. This is a field-based role where you'll coach, mentor, and motivate a team of Customer Service/Sales Consultants working across a range of car service departments within your allocated region.
Location: Northshore/North Sydney Area | Various Car Service Departments Across Your Area
Hours: 8:00am – 1:00pm, Monday to Friday
Pay: $33.75/hr + Commission
Benefits: Fully Maintained Car | Laptop | Phone Provided
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily field visits to support and guide staff in multiple service department locations (within 1 hour drive max)
- Coach and develop a high-performing team of customer service and sales professionals
- Drive sales outcomes and ensure a positive customer experience
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and contribute to ongoing process improvement
- Assist with Incentives/Rewards
- Filling in for Sales Staff during Vacancies, Leave and Sick Leave
What You’ll Bring:
- Leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in a customer-facing or automotive setting (not required but desirable)
- A confident, hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills
- Ability to comply with company policies and procedures
- Well presented & Professional at all times
- Sales and customer service mindset
- A current driver’s licence and ability to work independently across locations
