About Mind Matters:

Mind Matters is a thriving private psychology practice led by Principal Clinical Psychologist Karen Martin. We've built a strong reputation for providing exceptional client care while fostering a workplace where psychologists feel supported, valued and connected. Our team provides therapy and psychological assessments across the lifespan, supporting children, adolescents and adults with a broad range of presentations.

One of the things that sets us apart is our thoughtful referral and triage process. Rather than simply filling diaries, we carefully match clients with clinicians based on experience, interests, therapeutic style and personality. This helps our psychologists build a caseload they genuinely enjoy while ensuring clients receive the best possible care.

Our purpose-built practice is located in a beautifully renovated heritage terrace in the heart of Bondi Junction. With twelve spacious, soundproof consulting rooms, abundant natural light, tranquil garden outlooks, and dedicated group and mindfulness spaces, it's designed to be a place where both clinicians and clients feel comfortable, calm and inspired.
