The Arnott's Group is seeking a seasoned Head of Employee Relations and Industrial Relations to lead our ER/IR capability across ANZ. You will report to the Chief People Officer and operate as a standalone function within People & Culture, with accountability for ER and IR across our sites.
Based at North Strathfield, NSW, you will influence strategic decisions, balance workforce factors with commercial outcomes and partner with leaders across Corporate, Commercial and Supply Chain to drive.
