We are looking for a driven and passionate Territory Manager to join our high-performing team on a full-time basis, covering the ACT North, Goulburn & Batemans Bay area. The Territory Manager will contribute to the continued development of our iconic market-leading brands by growing and maintaining business partnerships in the grocery channel. A fortnightly overnighter is required to service coastal stores.
What your day looks like:
- Leading and mentoring a team of 3 direct reports
- Liaising & negotiating with key decision makers in stores
- Superior execution against compliance activities and incremental opportunities
- Strict adherence to provided OH & S guidelines
- Contributing effectively as a member of the NSW field team
- Effective management of your POS & Merchandiser budget
