Our Graduate Program is designed to share these choices and the reasons behind them with the future stars of our industry. We offer a look across the whole beef supply chain, kick starting your career with a unique depth of knowledge.

This multifaceted program will allow you to gain hands-on knowledge and explore the data capture that drives decisions. Our nimble, family orientated structure gives you the ability to contribute robustly to a rapidly growing business that prides itself on nurturing the youngest of leaders.

Cattle Station Sondella, your base for the graduate program, is located 60km North of Moranbah. It forms the centre of our Central Qld aggregation of 4 properties with a focus on an elite breeding group, backgrounding, has an on-site feedlot and export meat processing facility. In addition, short periods of time may be spent at our northern breeding operation, 'Carpentaria Downs', as well as the Brisbane sales and logistics office.

The graduate program offers a rotation throughout all facets of the beef supply chain, breeding, backgrounding, feedlot, meat processing and sales and logistics. The final quarter of the year, our graduates are encouraged to select their niche in the business and undertake a project delivering a greater depth of knowledge in their chosen area.

Requirements:

• Recently completed a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.
• A genuine interest in developing a career within the Beef Industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Willingness to learn and take on feedback to support professional growth.
• Sound computer literacy and ability to adapt to new systems or technologies.
