The Role — Commercial Finance Manager (Scorecard + Development Hybrid)
- Lead the Scorecard Automation Project (50%)
- The business is moving all financial + operational reporting into an automated dashboard environment (PowerBI/Microsoft Fabric). You will:
- Own the Scorecard reporting for the organisation
- Lead the next phase of building & enhancing dashboards
- Work with consultants + exec stakeholders to design meaningful insights
- Drive process improvement, efficiency and data quality
- Shape how performance reporting is delivered business-wide
This is a high-visibility project with genuine impact. You’ll manage a portfolio of development projects, acting as the commercial partner for project teams. Core responsibilities include:
- Project + stage feasibilities
- Forecasting, project accounting & cashflows
- Challenging assumptions & advising development teams
- Preparing inputs for PCG, ExCo & Board submissions
- Translating financial insights for non-finance stakeholders
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in property development (residential preferred)
- Stakeholder management skills — confident, clear and influential
- Ability to work with ambiguity & deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Experience with PowerBI / dashboarding is ideal (not essential if you’re strong commercially)
