Corporate Insurance Broker in Brisbane

We’re partnering with a well-established insurance brokerage to recruit multiple Corporate Brokers to join their growing Brisbane team.

The Opportunity

You’ll be responsible for managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients, providing tailored insurance solutions and delivering a high standard of service across complex commercial risks.

The portfolio spans a range of industrial and commercial sectors, including mining, transport and logistics, and commercial property.

Key responsibilities include

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of corporate and complex commercial clients.
• Oversee the end-to-end broking process, from initial risk assessment and insurance program design through to placement, renewals and ongoing servicing.
• Develop strong, long-term client relationships and act as a trusted insurance adviser.
• Assess client risk exposures and deliver tailored insurance and risk management solutions.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business relationships.
• Work collaboratively with a supportive team of experienced insurance professionals.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have

• At least 5 years’ experience in corporate insurance broking.
• Experience managing corporate or complex commercial insurance portfolios.
• Exposure to industrial sectors such as mining, transport, logistics or property.
• Strong technical knowledge across commercial insurance products and risk placement.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• The ability to manage client expectations and deliver commercially focused outcomes.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team.
