Service Leader – Before and After School Care in Sydney

An exciting opportunity has become available at Camdenville Public School. This is a permanent, part-time Service Leader role offering 30 hours per week, consisting of primarily split shifts in the mornings and afternoons Monday to Friday. You'll have a meaningful chance to lead with compassion, offering top-tier support to children and their families.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and supporting a team of dedicated Educators within your school
• Building strong relationships with families and the school community
• Supporting the day-to-day operations and programming of before and after school care and vacation care
• Ensuring compliance with NQF standards and TASK policies
• Working closely with your Service Manager, supporting and assisting with administrative duties
• Creating a fun, inclusive, enriching and safe environment for children

What we're looking for:

• Leadership experience in OOSH, childcare or education
• A Certificate III (or higher) in Children's Services, Education, or a related field is preferred
• A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid (HLTAID012)
• Completed Gecko Foundations of Child Safety Training
• A positive, can-do attitude and great communication skills
