Since 2007, we've been creating clothing for people who want to look good, feel good and stay true to themselves. We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Team Member to join our DJs Pad Queens Plaza team. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves fashion, enjoys connecting with customers and wants to be part of a fun, energetic team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Team Member, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional customer experience while helping the store achieve its sales and performance goals. Your day-to-day will include:
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience from the moment customers walk into the store
- Building genuine relationships with customers and providing styling and product advice
- Working towards and achieving sales and KPI targets
- Maintaining a high standard of visual presentation and store environment
- Processing sales and assisting with stock management
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to achieve store goals
- Creating a positive, energetic and welcoming environment
