Thanks Darl in Byron Bay is seeking a hands-on production assistant for its Darl Bars line. You will mix ingredients, unload batter, and operate the forming machine while coordinating with a small team of five.
The role runs 7am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities as the business grows. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, lift 20–30 kg, and stand for most of your shift.
