  • Gathering and documenting technical requirements from customers and internal teams
  • Working closely with customers to implement API integrations
  • Writing and maintaining code with supporting documentation
  • Championing further platform adoption across the business units
  • Performing regular platform maintenance and planned upgrades

  • Ideally have three years' experience working with the ServiceNow platform in a development or administration role (CSA/CAD certification is preferred but not essential)
  • A solid understanding of ITIL processes and the ITSM/CSM modules
  • Development experience with REST and SOAP Web Services
  • The ability to prioritise work requirements and effectively manage time in a hybrid work environment
  • Capability to exercise initiative, creative problem‐solving skills and deliver timely solutions
  • Willingness to be hands‐on and continue expanding your knowledge in all facets of IT
  • Clear and articulate oral and written communication
  • Be comfortable and professional when working directly with internal and external customers
