Thakral One is looking for a Test Lead (Polisy Migration Testing) to manage migration test cycles, coordinate environments and teams, and ensure all components meet quality and release standards.
The Role
- Lead test strategy and planning for POLISY components migration (Enterprise Server, DB2, Control‑M, LRS/VPSX, ADLDS) including environment coordination for Dev and ASM/SYS.
- Manage test phases execution (component, integration, system) and establish quality gates, metrics, and acceptance criteria for each component.
- Oversee test team activities, coordinate with stakeholders (Dev, Infrastructure, Security), and lead defect management process.
- Direct test automation strategy and ensure compliance with testing standards for security, performance, and environment management.
- Own test deliverables including strategy documents, status reports, metrics dashboards, and release recommendation.
