About the Role
With a strong management team already in place, we’re looking for a driven Senior Venue Manager who can bring leadership and a clear vision to take both the team and the venue to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue
- Lead, coach, and develop department duty managers and venue staff
- Drive sales and profitability across food, beverage, gaming, and functions
- Manage labour costs, budgets, stock control, and key performance indicators
- Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and cost targets
- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, WHS, and food safety requirements
- Build a positive team culture focused on accountability, service, and continuous improvement
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience across all areas of the business
About You
You are a confident hospitality leader who enjoys being on the floor, developing people, and driving strong business results.
To succeed in this role, you'll have:
- Minimum five years' experience in senior hospitality or venue management
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse hospitality teams
- Experience in food and beverage operations, gaming, and functions
- Sound knowledge of hospitality compliance and venue operations
- A hands-on approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A current NSW RSA, RCG and ARCG
