  • Prepare repair quotations and coordinate approved work through to completion
  • Source and order parts from local and international suppliers and monitor lead times
  • Maintain accurate customer, contract, asset, repair and job records
  • Support the onboarding and administration of new maintenance contracts
  • Identify unresolved actions early and ensure customers receive clear, timely updates
  • Contribute practical ideas that improve service processes and the customer experience

About you

  • Previous experience in service coordination, scheduling, administration or a similar role
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing track of details
  • Clear, professional communication with customers, technicians and suppliers
  • A calm and practical approach when breakdowns or changing priorities disrupt the schedule
  • A strong sense of ownership and the discipline to follow actions through to completion
  • Confidence preparing quotations, ordering parts and maintaining accurate records
  • Good computer skills and experience with CRM, job-management or scheduling systems
  • The ability to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team
