This is an exciting full-time leadership opportunity, offering 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. As the Retail Manager, you will lead and oversee the daily operations of the retail side of the pharmacy. In this highly visible leadership role, you will lead by example on the shop floor, actively engaging with customers and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.
You will be responsible for:

You are a hands-on, customer-focused leader who thrives in a busy retail or pharmacy environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. You will bring:
- Previous retail leadership or management experience in community pharmacy
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to positive customer experiences
- Experience with performance management and team development
- Sound inventory, stock control, merchandising, and store presentation experience
- An understanding of retail KPIs, sales performance, and profitability
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
