We are currently seeking a motivated, career-focused Foreman / 3IC to join our team.

What You'll Do
- Lead a dedicated turf team, fostering teamwork and productivity
- Troubleshoot course and maintenance issues quickly and effectively
- Maintain clear communication and uphold high professional standards
- Ensure compliance with WHS and Environmental regulations
- Manage pest and disease control, working towards consistently top tier playing conditions
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Qualities
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation
- Punctual, proactive, and professional work ethic
- Working knowledge of WHS, Environmental regulations, and turf pest/disease management
Highly Valued Experience
- Golf course construction or irrigation installation
- Managing small work teams
- Couchgrass playing surfaces and bentgrass putting greens
- Familiarity with Sydney's climate and its unique challenges
