Key responsibilities:
- Respond to quoting requests from customers to deliver services that are high in quality.
- Liaise with customers regarding quotes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships.
- Produce and review quotes, with a high attention to detail.
- Thoroughly understand the scope of work required for the job and requirements to be quoted.
- Work collaboratively with the Workshop Manager, Workshop Foreman and Office Administrator.
About you:
- Communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
- Ability to use CAD drafting software, read and understand engineering and architectural drawings.
- Understand fabrication principles and process.
- Manage and understand bid pricing from suppliers.
- Ability to work in a team environment, as well as autonomously.
- Develop and maintain effective and productive working relationships with other company personnel, customers, suppliers, and industry colleagues.
- Possess exceptional computer (Microsoft Office) and administration skills.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise.
- Display strong interpersonal skills and confidence when dealing with others.
- Possess a high level of initiative with strong problem-solving skills.
