You will lead workshops, elicit requirements, perform gap analyses and create high-quality BRDs for diverse transformation programs.
You will document journeys, user stories and process maps, support solution design and provide clarification to development and testing teams.
You’ll drive UAT/BVT, coordinate stakeholders and assist with release activities.
