As an Automotive Mechanic, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, diagnosis and repair of a variety of vehicles.
Your duties will include, however not limited to:
- Carrying out logbook and general vehicle servicing
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults, fault finding and diagnostic testing
- Brake, suspension and steering repairs
- Engine repairs and maintenance
- Vehicle inspections and safety checks
- Replacing belts, hoses, filters and other components
- Carrying out preventative maintenance
- Completing repairs efficiently and to a high standard
- Keeping the workshop clean, organised and safe
- Providing professional service to customers
