Key responsibilities
- Proactively identify, source, and pursue new business opportunities
- Lead qualification and discovery conversations to uncover customer needs
- Deliver tailored, high-quality solution presentations
- Nurture prospects through the full sales cycle
- Own the end-to-end customer journey from initial engagement through to contract execution
- Leverage modern, AI-driven sales and productivity tools
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
- Provide structured customer feedback to influence product direction
- Contribute positively to team performance and company culture
About you
- 5+ years' experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Demonstrated success in new business acquisition and target achievement
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Natural relationship builder with a consultative sales approach
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market and customer data
- Experience selling HRIS, HCM, HRMS, payroll, or related platforms highly regarded
