Sales & Service Team Leader - Contact Centre, blended WFH & in office

We are looking for a motivated Team Leader with a proven track record leading sales & service teams with a Contact Centre framework.

The role:
- Leading a team of 9 Sales & Service Specialists in the insurance industry
- A blended team - role spans inbound and outbound enquiries, with a focus on sales, service & retention
- Full time, standard business hours Monday - Friday
- $90k - $115k INCLUDING Super + 7.5% yearly bonus
- 50/50 WFH & in office once settled into the role

To be successful in the role you will need the following skills & attributes:
- 2+ years of experience within contact centres leading sales & service teams
- Passionate about leading and developing a team
- Ideally have come from insurance/financial services industry or a compliant style business
- High-level communicator with strong people skills
- Ability to create a strong team culture and successful working environment
