We're seeking an experienced SAP EWM / TMS Business SME to join a major S/4HANA Transformation Programme. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a complex enterprise-wide supply chain transformation, helping to shape future warehouse and transportation capabilities.
The Role
As the SAP EWM/TMS Subject Matter Expert, you'll work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, and delivery teams to drive the design, optimisation, and implementation of best-practice logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide SME expertise across SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Transportation Management (TM/TMS)
- Support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programme
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define future-state processes
- Drive process improvements across warehousing, transportation, and supply chain operations
- Support testing, UAT, training, and change management activities
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business performance
Required Experience
- Strong SAP EWM and/or SAP TM/TMS experience
- Previous involvement in SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration programmes
- Deep understanding of warehouse, logistics, and transportation processes
- Experience engaging with senior business stakeholders
- Strong business process analysis and continuous improvement skills
- Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, retail, logistics, or supply chain environments is highly desirable
