This isn’t a role where you’ll spend your day sitting out the back checking reports.
You’ll be on the floor, leading from the front . Coaching your team. Talking to customers. Driving sales. Solving problems. Celebrating wins. Building capability. And creating a store people genuinely enjoy walking into, whether they’re a customer or part of your team.
If you’re already a great retail leader, or you’re a high-performing Assistant Store Manager ready to prove you can run the show, this could be your opportunity.
