This hands-on leadership role focuses on customer service, workshop productivity, stock control and supporting the branch and Regional Sales Manager to achieve sales targets.
You will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager, manage scheduling, coach staff, maintain stock and assets, and drive safety and quality workmanship across the team.
