We partner with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams across Shield AI's international locations to ensure that core people processes are accurate, timely, locally compliant, and employee-centered.
About the role
The People Experience Operations Partner owns day-to-day people operations for employees across assigned international countries.
This role manages employee lifecycle processes, country-specific employment documentation, employee changes, leave and benefits administration, and operational coordination with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external providers.
You will work independently while staying closely connected to the central PX team and collaborating daily with U. S.-based peers across multiple time zones.
This position combines hands-on execution with process improvement, balancing consistent global practices with local employment requirements.
