Key responsibilities
- Customer systems & software support
- Assisting The Tender Response Team
- In-Building RF Coverage Surveys
- System monitoring and reporting
About you
- Certificate III or demonstrated experience in Electronics & Radio Communications and/or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Windows, VISIO, CADIT configuration experience
- High level of problem solving & analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently & unsupervised, be proactive & a team player
- Driver's license & own transport
- Strong written communication skills, be well spoken, presentable & have a highly professional telephone manner
- Attention to detail to meet the company's ISO 9001:2015 standard
