The Role

Reporting into the Legal team, you'll provide practical, commercially focused legal advice across a broad range of property and leasing matters while partnering with key stakeholders throughout the business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Working collaboratively with business leaders and stakeholders to achieve commercial outcomes
  • Supporting the wider Legal team on general commercial and business initiatives as required

About You

We're looking for a lawyer with strong property and leasing experience who enjoys partnering with the business and finding practical solutions. You will bring:

  • Around 3+ years' post-qualification experience in property law
  • Strong experience reviewing, negotiating and advising on commercial and retail leasing matters, ideally within a fast-paced multi-site environment (retail, QSR etc)
  • Experience acting for tenants, landlords or multi-site operators
  • A commercial mindset and the ability to balance legal risk with business outcomes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • An interest in building a long-term career in-house, or experience already working within an in-house legal environment

Why Join TEEG?

  • Work for a growing, market-leading entertainment business
  • Partner directly with senior stakeholders on high-profile property projects
  • Broad exposure across Australia and New Zealand operations
