Tecside are seeking an organised and customer-focused Warranty Administrator to join our client's team, a leading global manufacturer of heavy equipment basedin Western Sydney.
This is a part time opportunity working 8 hour days Monday – Wednesday, for a 12 month period.
This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Working closely with Technical Support, Service teams, and customers, you'll play a key role in managing warranty claims from start to finish while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the end-to-end warranty claims process.
- Prepare and process warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
- Raise purchase orders, invoices and warranty-related documentation.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely updates.
- Liaise with customers, technicians and internal stakeholders to gather claim information.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal databases.
- Generate and distribute reports as required.
- Provide administrative support across the broader team when required.
About You
- Previous experience in warranty administration, service administration or a similar customer service role.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing documentation and data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and confidence using business systems.
- The ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- A collaborative team approach with a strong customer service mindset.
- Experience within the heavy equipment, automotive, manufacturing or industrial sectors is desirable.
