Techwell Australia seeks an on-site Mobile Service Desk coordinator at our Gold Coast office. You will respond to customer inquiries, process device orders, and coordinate delivery while troubleshooting basic issues across Windows and other platforms.
You’ll work with Service Desk colleagues and account teams to improve support, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure timely communication and resolution.
