Overview
We are seeking a strategic and driven Senior Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team.
This role focuses on supporting our internal corporate functions and our expanding UK business.
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, timely financial reports, models, and analysis to business leaders.
- Partner with the business to offer analytical advice and support on financial management issues.
- Develop and deliver commercial solutions aligned with corporate financial targets.
- Assist in preparing strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts, offering insights and advice.
- Collaborate on the corporate business plan and monitor key results through reporting and forecasting.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and financial modeling.
- Identify opportunities for performance improvements in systems and processes.
- Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, or CFA are preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a business partnering role within a medium to large ASX-listed company, preferably in B2B Saa S.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (Excel, ERP systems).
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach and stakeholder influence skills.
