Technogym, based in Brisbane/Gold Coast, is seeking a Customer Success & Digital Account Manager to drive growth and adoption of our Digital product portfolio. The role combines customer success, digital sales, and consulting, supporting the wider sales force from onboarding to successful implementation and ongoing adoption.
You will work to maximise turnover, profitability, and customer satisfaction while helping users actively engage with the Mywellness platform and maintaining licenses.
