Your Role
Join Us as a Field Service & Installation Technician - QLD (Brisbane). Are you a team player with strong relationship skills and a passion for fitness and technology? At Technogym, we’re looking for someone proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused to join our Service team. As a Field Service & Installation Technician, you’ll maintain, repair, and install fitness equipment at customer sites across Brisbane and occasionally regional QLD/NT and interstate across Australia. Your mission is to deliver top-quality service and ensure the best fitness experience for our clients.
Your Impact
You are ensuring the best fitness experience anywhere by:
- Carrying out installations, preventative maintenance, service and repairs.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing possible equipment faults, performing tests and finding solutions.
- Educating customers in the technical use and care of Technogym equipment.
- Properly managing work orders and service reports.
- Communicating effectively with customers and elevating problems when necessary.
- Ensuring the equipment is safe to use.
About You
- Mechanical and electronic engineering skills as well as knowledge of IT networking.
- Hands-on repair experience in a similar role in electro-mechanical discipline.
- Ability to work autonomously and great time management skills.
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting productivity goals and targets.
- Excellent driving history; must hold a current Driver's License.
- Right to work in Australia.
