Our client is a well-established commercial landscape construction contractor delivering high-quality projects across South Brisbane. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Landscape Leading Hand / Tradesperson to join their team on a permanent basis.

About the role
Working closely with the Project Manager, you’ll take responsibility for coordinating day-to-day site activities while leading a small crew to deliver quality commercial landscaping projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supervising site crews and subcontractors
- Coordinating daily site activities with the Project Manager
- Maintaining a strong on-site presence to ensure productivity and safety
- Managing deliveries and materials
- Monitoring subcontractor performance and workmanship
- Completing site documentation, purchase orders and safety paperwork
- Delivering projects safely, on time and to a high standard
About you
To be successful, you’ll ideally have:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial landscape construction
- At least 2 years' experience as a Leading Hand, Supervisor or similar
- Strong knowledge of commercial landscaping and horticulture
- Experience with concrete placement, paving, masonry and timber construction
- Experience managing purchase orders, budgets and site documentation
- Construction White Card
Highly regarded:
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction, Horticulture or similar
- Working at Heights Yellow Card
- First Aid & CPR
